Unable to download guidance sheet, US Visa appointment

I found that I could not download the guidance letter on the VFS website after I had scheduled an appointment. I was able to successfully download the appointment letter, but got a 'page cannot be displayed' error when I tried to click on the 'guidance letter' link.

I scheduled an appointment for my B1 visa renewal on the VFS website today. Once I had successfully scheduled an appointment it displayed two hyperlinks - Interview Letter & Guidance Sheet. First one worked, but the second one didnt.

Solution: Use Microsoft Internet explorer (IE). Go to the online interview schedule link again from Internet explorer. Provide the required details and click on the 'download Interview letter' link on the next page. Once done, you will be able to download the guidance letter. This problem seems to happen with Firefox web browser.
